What is a pintoh?

Steel tiers, stacked and latched. Across Thailand the pintoh carries curries, rice, and sweets from home kitchens to family tables and temple courtyards — every layer its own course. We named the restaurant after it because that's how we cook: everything made to travel from our kitchen to you, without losing a degree of warmth.
